GROWER HINTS:
►Look in any plant book and there are dozens of Salvias listed. Another name for Salvia is Sage, you know, like the herb. Garden Salvias are very easy to grow. Salvias usually like good drainage. Give them a good start, and ample room to grow.

GROWTH HABITS:
►Many of them bloom almost all year. Don’t be afraid to cut them back. Leave some green for new growth. Your Salvia will look better if you trim it so it doesn’t get scrawny and ugly.

SHADE/SUN:
►All Salvias like the sun. Feed it occasionally.

FEEDING AND WATERING:
►They are drought tolerant once they are established. Feed twice a month while in bloom and monthly during their rest period.
